Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of the DialDesk CRM desktop software ("DialDesk"). By installing or using DialDesk you agree to them.
1. Licence
- DialDesk is licensed, not sold. Each new installation includes a 7-day free trial.
- A licence key is issued for one computer (its Machine ID) for the plan you buy: monthly, half-yearly, yearly or lifetime. A new computer, a Windows reinstall or a motherboard replacement needs a new key.
- When a trial or licence ends, DialDesk switches to read-only mode. Your data is not deleted, and you can still view and export it.
- You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or tamper with DialDesk or its licence checks, except where the law allows it.
2. Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use DialDesk, including that:
- you call and message only people you are allowed to contact, following TRAI telemarketing regulations, DND/NCPR preferences and other applicable law;
- you obtain any consent required for recording calls and inform the other party;
- you follow WhatsApp's and Meta's terms and policies (one-to-one chats on WhatsApp Web; approved templates and opt-in for the WhatsApp Business API);
- you comply with your email provider's and Google's terms when using those services.
3. Your data
Your data belongs to you and is stored on your computer (and in your own Google Drive if you enable backups). You are responsible for keeping backups and your backup password. See the Privacy Policy.
4. Third-party services
DialDesk works with your phone, email provider, WhatsApp/Meta, Google Drive and Cloudflare. Those services are provided by their owners under their own terms, may change or become unavailable, and may charge fees (for example, Meta charges per WhatsApp Business API message).
5. Updates and support
We may release updates to fix problems or add features. Support is provided by email at help@dialdesk.space.
6. Payments and refunds
Prices and payment terms are agreed when you buy a licence. Because a free trial is provided, refunds are given only as described in our Refund & cancellation policy or where the law requires.
7. Disclaimer
DialDesk is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we give no warranties that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it fits a particular purpose. Phone features depend on your device and its manufacturer's software.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending these terms
You may stop using DialDesk at any time. We may end a licence if these terms are seriously breached (for example, key sharing or tampering).
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
