System requirements
- Computer
- Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), 4 GB RAM, 1 GB free disk space plus room for recordings
- Phone
- Android 8 or newer with a working SIM; built-in call recorder for recordings
- Connection
- USB data cable, or the same Wi-Fi network for wireless debugging (Android 11+)
- Internet
- Only for email, WhatsApp and Google Drive backup. Calling and the CRM work offline.
From download to first call
- 01Run the installer
Double-click
DialDesk-Setup.exeand follow the steps. It takes about a minute. - 02Follow the setup wizard
Add your company details, calling hours and your first user.
- 03Connect your phone
Turn on Developer options and USB debugging, plug in, and tap Allow on the phone. Guide
- 04Import and call
Import your Excel sheet and click the call button on any lead.
Activating your licence
After the trial, or whenever you buy a plan.
- Open Settings → Licence in DialDesk CRM and copy your Machine ID.
- Send it to us at help@dialdesk.space with the plan you want.
- Paste the key we send into the same screen and click Activate. No internet needed.
- Moving to a new PC? Restore your backup there and send us the new Machine ID.
