- What happens after the 7-day trial?
- The app asks for a licence key. Without one it switches to read-only: you can still open and export all your data, nothing is deleted.
- How do I get a licence key?
- Open DialDesk → Settings → Licence, copy your Machine ID and send it to us with your plan. We send back a key that you paste into the same screen. No internet is needed to activate.
- Can I use one key on two computers?
- No. Each key works on one computer. Buy one licence per PC; ask us about team discounts.
- I changed my PC or reinstalled Windows.
- Send us your new Machine ID. Restore your data from your Google Drive or local backup, and we will help move your licence as per the terms.
- Are there any other charges?
- Calls use your own mobile plan. The WhatsApp Business API is billed by Meta per message if you choose to use it. There are no charges from us beyond the licence.
- How do I pay?
- When you choose a plan we send the payment details and an invoice. See the refund policy.
